Star Tower is a new luxury development located in Long Island City Queens. CityLift installed 32 fully-automated parking spaces in a Tower tandem configuration. Traditional parking in the basement would have required all of the area in the basement to be used for parking. By using CityLift, the developer captured back 75% of the required space, which allowed them to be able to add storage units and a basketball court, as well as other BOH areas that were not able to be accommodated earlier.
